Arterial Toll Roads Company Limited ("ATRCL") is incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. ATRCL was formed in 2005 to develop roadway infrastructure projects in West Africa. ATRCL is currently mandated to plan, design, develop, construct and operate a toll road system under an agreement with the government of the Republic of Ghana.
The company's management have varied expertise in all aspects of land development, financing, construction and roadway infrastructure.
