The project consists of the planning, design, development, financing, construction and operation of 240 KM dual carriageway toll road between the cities of Accra and Kumasi on a Build/Operate Transfer basis under a 30 year concession agreement with the Republic of Ghana. The project is the first of several planned toll roadways within Ghana undertaken under Public/Private Partnership agreement between ATRCL and the Republic of Ghana.
